GLOBAL SHIPPING POLICY 

 

1. ELITE GLOBAL TRANSIT & TRANSIT TIMES

At SO DESIGN, we understand that premium bespoke gear requires premium logistics. All international orders are dispatched via top-tier global express carriers (including DHL Express and FedEx) directly from our independent artisan workshop in Thailand.

 

  • United States & Australia: Dispatched shipments feature an estimated delivery window of 3 to 5 business days after leaving our workshop.

  • Asia-Pacific (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines): Dispatched shipments feature an accelerated delivery window of 2 to 4 business days after leaving our workshop.

  • Real-Time Tracking: A dedicated international tracking number will be provided immediately upon dispatch, allowing you to monitor your armor’s journey in real time.


2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CALCULATION (VOLUMETRIC WEIGHT)

To ensure absolute fairness and compliance with international aviation standards, all export shipping fees are calculated based on Volumetric Weight (Dimensional Weight) rather than actual physical weight.

 

Standard Volumetric Formula: $\frac{\text{Width (cm)} \times \text{Length (cm)} \times \text{Height (cm)}}{5000} = \text{Volumetric Weight (kg)}$

 

Note: For maximum seamless checkout experience, we highly recommend utilizing our inclusive pricing options where premium international air freight is already factored into the product cost (Free Express Shipping).


3. COMBAT-GRADE PREMIUM PACKAGING

We guarantee that your investment remains immaculate from our hands to yours. Every SO DESIGN product undergoes a rigorous multi-point quality control check before being enclosed in our proprietary heavy-duty protective packaging. We utilize high-density, shock-absorption wraps and reinforced outer boxing tailored strictly to the product's dimensions. This ensures zero flexing, zero crushing, and maximum defense against the harshest elements during air transit. Your gear arrives ready for deployment.


4. IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS

International orders shipping outside of Thailand may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country (e.g., USA, Australia, Japan, South Korea, etc.). These charges are determined entirely by your local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. SO DESIGN cannot predict or control these government-mandated fees.

1. ระบบจัดส่งด่วนพิเศษระหว่างประเทศ (International Shipping)

เนื่องจากผลิตภัณฑ์กระเป๋าของ SO DESIGN เป็นสินค้ากลุ่มพรีเมียมที่มีการบุโฟมหนาพิเศษและตั้งทรงกึ่งแข็งเพื่อการปกป้องขั้นสุด การจัดส่งไปต่างประเทศทางสายการบินขนส่งสินค้า จะคำนวณค่าบริการจาก "น้ำหนักปริมาตรของกล่องพัสดุ" (Volumetric Weight) เป็นหลัก ไม่ใช่น้ำหนักชั่งจริง เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดค่าใช้จ่ายงอกเงยภายหลัง

 

  • สูตรคำนวณสากล: $\frac{\text{กว้าง (ซม.)} \times \text{ยาว (ซม.)} \times \text{สูง (ซม.)}}{5000} = \text{น้ำหนักปริมาตร (กิโลกรัม)}$


3. ระบบจัดส่งภายในประเทศไทย (Domestic Shipping)

สำหรับการจัดส่งสินค้าไปยังปลายทางภายในประเทศไทย ทางแบรนด์จัดส่งด้วยบริการขนส่งเอกชนชั้นนำ โดยคิดอัตราค่าจัดส่งแบบ คงที่ (Flat Rate) หรือตามน้ำหนักชั่งจริงของตัวสินค้า เพื่อมอบความคุ้มค่าสูงสุดให้กับนักแคมป์ปิ้งในประเทศ


4. การแพ็กสินค้าเกรดพรีเมียมหนาแน่นขั้นสุด (Zero-Damage Guarantee)

เพื่อรักษามูลค่าชิ้นงานสั่งตัดแบบ Bespoke ของคุณให้สมบูรณ์แบบ 100% สินค้าทุกชิ้นจะผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ (QC) อย่างละเอียดที่สุด ก่อนจะถูกนำไปเข้าสู่กระบวนการแพ็กหนาแน่นพิเศษ เราเลือกใช้วัสดุกันกระแทกความหนาแน่นสูง (High-Density Wrapping) ห่อหุ้มรอบตัวกระเป๋าอย่างแน่นหนา พร้อมจัดวางในกล่องพัสดุโครงสร้างแข็งแรงหนาพิเศษที่สั่งทำตรงตามสัดส่วน เพื่อป้องกันการยุบ ตัวกล่องไม่บิดงอ และทนทานต่อแรงกดทับบนเครื่องบิน มั่นใจได้ว่าสินค้าของคุณจะเดินทางไปถึงในสภาพที่สมบูรณ์พร้อมออกรบแน่นอนครับ


5. ภาษีนำเข้าและพิธีการศุลกากร (Duties & Taxes)

การจัดส่งสินค้าระหว่างประเทศอาจมีค่าบริการภาษีนำเข้า หรือค่าธรรมเนียมศุลกากรตามกฎหมายของประเทศปลายนั้นๆ (เช่น สหรัฐอเมริกา, ออสเตรเลีย, ญี่ปุ่น, เกาหลีใต้ ฯลฯ) ซึ่งค่าใช้จ่ายในส่วนนี้จะขึ้นอยู่กับการประเมินของเจ้าหน้าที่ศุลกากรในแต่ละประเทศ และเป็นความรับผิดชอบโดยตรงของทางผู้ซื้อ (ลูกค้า) ครับ
