STORE POLICIES 

 

1. SHIPPING & GLOBAL LOGISTICS POLICY

  • Elite Express Shipping: All international orders are dispatched via top-tier global express carriers (such as DHL Express and FedEx) directly from our private artisan workshop in Thailand.

  • Transit Time: Dispatched shipments to the United States and Australia feature an estimated delivery window of 3 to 5 business days (excluding customs clearance processing time).

  • Real-Time Tracking: A dedicated international tracking number will be provided immediately upon dispatch for real-time monitoring throughout transit.

  • Combat-Grade Premium Packaging: Every single product undergoes a rigorous multi-point quality check and is enclosed in high-density, shock-absorption packaging strictly tailored to the product's precise dimensions—ensuring absolute protection and zero flexing during global air transit.

 

2. BESPOKE & MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

  • Artisan Handcrafted & In-House Execution: Every single piece of SO DESIGN gear and protective carry luggage is individually pattern-cut, tailored, and hand-sewn inside our private workshop. We operate strictly as an independent artisan studio, not a mass-production factory, to maintain flawless stitch precision.

  • Crafting Timeline: Due to the meticulous, one-man assembly process required to achieve heavy-duty precision, production cycles will vary depending on the complexity of the custom order.

  • Order Confirmation: Production commences immediately once full payment is secured at the time of purchase. Estimated crafting timelines and completion dates will be communicated individually via email.

 

3. RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Bespoke Final Sales: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our gear protectors and precision-fit components, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind once the production process has begun.

  • Defect & Transit Damage Claims: In the rare event that your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will gladly initiate an expedited replacement process to uphold our zero-damage guarantee.

 

4. IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS

  • Customer Responsibility: International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country (USA/Australia). These charges are determined entirely by your local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the buyer (customer). SO DESIGN cannot predict or control these government-mandated fees.

1. นโยบายการจัดส่งสินค้าทั่วโลก (SHIPPING & LOGISTICS)

  • การจัดส่งด่วนพิเศษ (Elite Express): ออเดอร์ต่างประเทศทั้งหมดจะถูกจัดส่งด้วยบริการขนส่งด่วนพิเศษระดับเวิลด์คลาส (DHL Express และ FedEx) ตรงจากเวิร์กชอปส่วนตัวของเราในประเทศไทย

  • ระยะเวลาขนส่ง (Transit Time): สำหรับปลายทาง สหรัฐอเมริกา และ ออสเตรเลีย สินค้าจะเดินทางถึงหน้าบ้านคุณภายใน 3 ถึง 5 วันทำการ เท่านั้น (หลังจากผ่านกระบวนการตรวจสอบทางศุลกากร)

  • ระบบติดตามพัสดุ (Real-Time Tracking): ระบบจะแจ้งหมายเลข Tracking Number สากล ทันทีหลังจากส่งออก เพื่อให้คุณสามารถตรวจสอบสถานะการเดินทางของพัสดุได้แบบเรียลไทม์ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง

  • การแพ็กสินค้าเกรดพรีเมียม (Premium Packaging): ชิ้นงานทุกชิ้นจะผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพอย่างละเอียด และห่อหุ้มด้วย วัสดุกันกระแทกความหนาแน่นสูง พร้อมจัดวางในกล่องโครงสร้างแข็งแรงหนาพิเศษที่สั่งทำตรงตามสัดส่วน มั่นใจได้ในการป้องกันความเสียหายจากการกดทับและแรงกระแทกบนเครื่องบิน 100% (Zero-Damage Guarantee)

 

2. นโยบายงานสั่งตัดพิเศษ (BESPOKE & MADE-TO-ORDER)

  • งานคราฟต์ตัดเย็บชิ้นต่อชิ้น (Artisan Handcrafted): ผลิตภัณฑ์กระเป๋าและเกราะปกป้องอุปกรณ์ทุกชิ้นของ SO DESIGN ผ่านการขึ้นแพทเทิร์น ตัด และ เย็บประกอบด้วยมืออย่างประณีตภายในเวิร์กชอปของเราเอง เราดำเนินงานในฐานะ สตูดิโอช่างฝีมืออิสระ ไม่ใช่โรงงานผลิตในปริมาณมาก (Mass Production) เพื่อควบคุมความเนี๊ยบของฝีเข็มให้สมบูรณ์แบบระดับสูงสุด

  • ระยะเวลาจัดเตรียมสินค้า (Crafting Timeline): ด้วยความพิถีพิถันในขั้นตอนการเย็บโครงสร้างและการประกอบอะไหล่ทองเหลืองตอกลายโดยช่างผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ระยะเวลาจัดเตรียมสินค้าจะแตกต่างกันไป ขึ้นอยู่กับความซับซ้อนของดีไซน์ในแต่ละออเดอร์

  • การเริ่มกระบวนการผลิต: ระบบจะอนุมัติออเดอร์และเริ่มดำเนินการผลิตทันทีหลังจากที่ลูกค้า ชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนเสร็จสิ้น ผ่านหน้าเว็บไซต์ โดยทางแบรนด์จะแจ้งกำหนดเวลาแล้วเสร็จโดยประมาณให้ทราบทางอีเมลส่วนตัว

 

3. นโยบายการคืนเงิน การคืนสินค้า และการยกเลิก (RETURNS & REFUNDS)

  • ข้อตกลงสิ้นสุดสำหรับงานสั่งตัด (Final Sales): เนื่องจากสินค้าของเราเป็นงานคราฟต์สั่งทำพิเศษตรงรุ่นแบบมิลลิเมตรต่อมิลลิเมตร ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกออเดอร์ เปลี่ยนใจ หรือคืนเงินทุกกรณี หลังจากเริ่มกระบวนการผลิตแล้ว

  • กรณีสินค้าเสียหายจากการขนส่งหรือมีตำหนิ: หากพบว่าสินค้ามีความเสียหายจากการขนส่งหรือมีข้อผิดพลาดจากกระบวนการผลิต กรุณาติดต่อทางแบรนด์ ภายใน 48 ชั่วโมงหลังจากได้รับสินค้า พร้อมแนบหลักฐานภาพถ่าย ทางเราจะรีบดำเนินการจัดส่งชิ้นงานทดแทนชิ้นใหม่ให้คุณโดยด่วนที่สุด

 

4. ภาษีนำเข้าและพิธีการศุลกากร (DUTIES & TAXES)

  • ค่าใช้จ่ายปลายทาง: การจัดส่งสินค้าระหว่างประเทศอาจมีค่าบริการภาษีนำเข้า หรือค่าธรรมเนียมศุลกากรตามกฎหมายของประเทศปลายทางนั้นๆ ซึ่งค่าใช้จ่ายในส่วนนี้จะขึ้นอยู่กับการประเมินของเจ้าหน้าที่ศุลกากรในแต่ละประเทศ และ เป็นความรับผิดชอบโดยตรงของทางผู้ซื้อ (ลูกค้า) ครับ
