  • Are your products fully waterproof? 

-          Our carriers are crafted using industrial-grade, water-repellent technical fabrics, including genuine U.S.-imported CORDURA® and high-density ballistic nylon. While they provide an impenetrable shield against mud, morning dew, and heavy rain, they are not designed for complete underwater submersion.

  • Are So Design products mass-produced? 

-          Absolutely not. Every single product is a masterpiece of precision engineering. We specialize in bespoke, in-house handcrafted production, where each item is pattern-cut and hand-sewn in our private studio to ensure a flawless, 1:1 precision fit.

  • How should I clean and maintain my gear? 

-          To maintain showroom condition, gently wipe away surface dust or mud with a damp microfiber cloth. For persistent stains, use a mild, pH-neutral soap. We highly recommend avoiding harsh chemical solvents to preserve the integrity of the water-repellent coating.

  • Do you offer international shipping? 

-          Yes, we provide Worldwide Express Shipping. Your premium defensive armor is carefully packaged and dispatched directly from our artisan workshop to your global destination.
