- รับประกันความพึงพอใจสูงสุด (Absolute Satisfaction): คุณสามารถทำการคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าที่ยังไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน และยังคงอยู่ใน สภาพสมบูรณ์เสมือนใหม่ (Showroom Condition) ภายในระยะเวลา 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า
- บริการที่ไร้รอยต่อ (Seamless Resolution): ทีมบริการลูกค้าสุดพิเศษของเราพร้อมดูแลและอำนวยความสะดวกในทุกขั้นตอน เพื่อมอบประสบการณ์ที่ง่ายดาย ไร้ความกังวล และมั่นใจได้ว่าคุณจะได้อุปกรณ์ที่ตอบโจทย์อย่างแท้จริง
- สินค้าระดับคัสตอมและสั่งทำพิเศษ (Bespoke Exclusivity): เนื่องจากความพิถีพิถันและเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัวของงานคราฟต์แบบสั่งตัด สินค้าประเภทสั่งทำพิเศษ (Made-to-Order) จึงขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับคืนหรือเปลี่ยน ยกเว้นในกรณีที่พบข้อบกพร่องจากการผลิตซึ่งเกิดขึ้นได้ยากยิ่งเท่านั้น
